Retrofit for the Future

A demonstration 'Passiv Haus' retrofit project at Cottesmore Road, Leicester. We are part of the Technology Strategy Board's Retrofit for the Future competition aiming to achieve Passiv Haus energy standards for a variety of different property types and methods of construction.

I'm sure I can see the finish?

Heating install completed and commissioned.

Some minor commissioning issues with a leak on solar pipes on the roof. This was easily addressed.

Wattbox second fix complete and commissioned.
Operating as planned.

External works complete.
